Warm frame

Warm frame: is located between the panes of glass in the double-glazing unit.

Hot runners that we offer are made of plastic, which are characterised by superior thermal conductivity properties; this limits heat loss between the double-glazing of the sash profile and the edge of the glass.

In addition to reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the window, the hot runner contributes to increasing the temperature of the window inside the room, between the frame and the glass, all of which contributes to a significant reduction in water vapour condensation in that space.

The use of the warm gutter affects two important parameters of the window: the heat transmission responsible for the reduction of energy loss and the temperature of the condensation point at the correspondence of the glass with the window sash frame (limitation of water vapour condensation), which affects the comfort of use.

Warm gutters are available in the following colours: white, light grey, dark grey, brown
